The website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Enquiries submitted through the form are sent using Resend and delivered to the email account used by The Sister Circle. These service providers may process the information only as needed to provide their services.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain any resulting correspondence, meet legal or accounting obligations, or resolve a dispute. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or securely disposed of.
